apprentice applications: name, email, location, your answers and the links you sendto review your application and get back to yousteps you've asked us to take before a possible job offer, and our legitimate interest in hiring well

what we don't do

who helps us

we use a few services to run the site. they only process your data on our instructions:

some of these providers are based in the US. where data leaves the UK, it's covered by the UK's approved safeguards, such as the UK-US data bridge or standard contractual clauses.

how long we keep it

waitlist details are kept until zay launches and you've had the chance to join, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. apprentice applications are kept for up to 12 months after the hiring round closes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

your rights

you can ask us to:

email bandish@zay.xyz and we'll reply within one month. if you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

when the app launches

the zay app will collect more than the waitlist does, like your answers to drops and how rewards are paid out. we'll update this notice before launch and tell you what's changed before you start using the app.
